Tracy Chen co-heads the Corporate, Corporate Finance & Banking division of One Legal LLC. She is also a founder of the law corporation.

Having been in corporate practice since 1988, Tracy has been actively involved in various
aspects of the practice and particularly in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, loan and security, and other corporate matters. Her clients include listed entities, small and medium enterprises, multinational clients and high net worth individuals in
Singapore and elsewhere.

The banking practice of Tracy covers all aspects of banking work including the preparation and negotiation of documentation for domestic as well as international transactions in relation to different forms of loan and credit financing, collateral and security, trade financing and project financing. Tracy also advises on issues pertaining to the law and practice of banking and on matters affecting banks and financial institutions generally.
