David Ofosu-Dorte is a Senior Partner at AB & David, an Africa business law firm. He has both government and private sector experience spanning over twenty five (25) years. He has a reputation for his hands-on approach, business sense and negotiation skills.

He has led several transactions including leading Ghana’s legal team that negotiated Ghana’s Millennium Challenge Compact with the US Government. He has also recently led the development of a draft legal framework for public private partnerships (PPPs) in Ghana. He focuses on business transactions, finance, infrastructure projects, procurement and PPPs and has advised governments and private entities in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria. He is a member of the Board of the Association of Ghana Industries.
